02Programs

Six ways to train. One standard.

Every program runs with a coach who knows your name. Pick the work. We will not let you wander the floor inventing it.

A loaded barbell on the floor of a strength gym, ready for a coached session.

01 · Strength

Iron Atelier

A repeatable practice for people who want to be stronger in a year, not exhausted by Friday.

Load
Four coached hours most weeks
Level
Intermediate, with a Saturday open to all levels
Lead
Mira Koleva
An athlete on a rowing machine, mid-stroke, in a conditioning session.

02 · Conditioning

Engine Room

An engine you can use for sport, for the Fight Floor, or simply to feel less finished by the stairs.

Load
Three sessions, forty to fifty minutes
Level
All levels — the interval changes, the standard does not
Lead
Aleksandar Petrov
Worn boxing gloves resting together, the mark of the Fight Floor.

03 · Fight

Fight Floor

A jab you can trust, a guard you remember when you are tired, and a room that does not confuse noise with courage.

Load
Two to four classes, fifty minutes
Level
Foundations on Tuesday. All-levels and intermediate through the week.
Lead
Lena Vogt
A woman training with intent in a gym, the pace of a hypertrophy session.

04 · Hypertrophy

Long Game

Look like you train because you do, and because someone is counting the sets that matter.

Load
Three or four sessions
Level
All levels, loads are individual
Lead
Sofia Marinova
A small group moving together in a studio, the feeling of a recovery class.

05 · Restore

Reset

Leave with range you can take back to the barbell or the ring, not a party trick on the floor.

Load
Two or three short sessions
Level
All levels
Lead
Noah Iliev
Iron plates on a rack in a quiet corner of the training floor.

06 · Private

Private Hour

No group to hide in. The hour is yours, and so is the standard.

Load
Eight hours a month, or a rhythm we agree in the first meeting
Level
By conversation
Lead
Sofia Marinova

Every group hour is on the board. Private Hour is arranged with the desk, not dropped into a class.
