House rules
- Outdoor shoes stop at the rack by the door. Training shoes live here or come in a bag.
- Chalk is for the strength hall. The studio and the ring stay clean.
- Phones go down when a coach is talking. Film your own sets after, not during the room’s.
- Ten minutes late and the session has started without you.
- Sparring is on a list. It is never a mood someone brings in from the street.
